Not saved settings

Hi,

here are some more things that need to be saved and restored:
- Output plugins
- Audio driver assignment (and associated settings)

Output Slots are outside of the patch (saving states) system at this time, I could work out something for the startup / autosave states.

However, I don't think I'm going to save the Output Slots setups with each Patch, the workflow I designed for was more geared to loading Patches on the fly without effecting the current Output.

The Audio driver assignments are quite new to the application and quite complex under the bonnet, I'll have to think about this.

this is out of date now, output slot plugins are saved for the autosave/startup patch and the drivers options are still in flux at the moment
