adjusting live start/end points behavior

This current display the frame at the point where your adjusting is (so the clip scratches on that point)

Another option would be to allow continuous playback while adjusting (I actually made it that way on the first attempt), think I'll add an mode option.

added new toggle button to switch between the scratch/preview and non-preview modes, defaults to non-preview
